Manage Coaches

Add Coach

  1. Click on your name in the top right and select "Coaches" in the dropdown.
  2. Click "Add Coach" in the top right of the page
  3. Fill out the fields with the coach's information
    1. Name, Email, and Sub Organization is required
    2. If you select "Yes" on "Admin Privileges" then the coach you are adding will be able to add/remove/edit other coaches for that sub organization
  4. Click "Save"

Edit/Remove Coach

  1. Click on the three vertical dots on under the "Action" column.
  2. Select either edit or remove.
    1. When editing a coach, you are only able to update the Sub Organization or the Admin Privileges.
    2. If you update the Sub Organization, the coach will be removed from the previous Sub Organization and added to the new one.
